Some options start with a soft credit check that won't affect your credit score. Others use a hard inquiry. Your advisor will tell you which before you apply.

Who needs to apply

Most financing partners require applicants to be on the home's title. Some require every owner on title to apply.

Trust- or LLC-owned homes

Many options work for homes held in a trust or an LLC. Expect to provide a few additional documents.

Manufactured homes

Select financing partners can cover manufactured homes on a permanent foundation.

Ground mounts & add-ons

Ground-mounted systems, add-on panels and second systems are available with select financing partners.

After you sign

Most financing partners confirm your terms with a welcome call or a digital confirmation after you sign. Answering it promptly keeps your project moving.
