Wonderful customer service would recommend this company to anyone that needs solar

In 2023 we decided to install solar. Luckily, we chose ICON Power. The service was excellent and timely; the price was fair and most important they did not try to oversell. Additionally, I reconnected with them recently to discuss whether or not I needed additional panels. Ivan provided me with advice on how to lower my APS bill which made additional panels unnecessary. That is truly great customer service!

We recently had solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall installed in Chandler, AZ, and the experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the process. What stood out most was how proactive they were in addressing the inevitable hurdles that come up during a project like this—whether it was handling city permit prerequisites like adding extra smoke detectors, coordinating directly with Tesla to resolve an issue, or managing scheduling challenges. Every step was handled smoothly and with clear communication, which made the entire process stress-free.I also really appreciated that there was no unnecessary pressure to rush the final payment while these issues were being worked out. It showed integrity and a customer-first approach.Overall, I’m very pleased with the installation and the service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar and battery storage. Highly recommend!

We wanted to add whole-house backup and off-grid capability to our home where we had an existing Tesla solar system that was installed several years ago. We reached out to Icon to help us with this project (Powerwall 3 system - two batteries). Shout-out to a great installation crew at Icon: Robert, Miguel and Carlos did a fantastic job and helped us also set up the Tesla app. Install looks great and we're up and running.
